Coffee With a Cause, a fully functioning coffee shop, is a ministry of Pillar Church in Locust Grove, VA. The coffee shop is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for our church planting endeavors locally and globally.
Pillar Church, from its beginning, has emphasized the importance of local and international missions. Coffee With a Cause will carry on that emphasis by continuing to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ within the local community, which will include ongoing efforts of establishing Pillar Church-Locust Grove as a Christ-centered fellowship of believers with a strong commitment to the surrounding communities of Locust Grove, Lake Wilderness and Fredericksburg. |

Coffee With a Cause is a non-profit coffee shop. This means that all proceeds we receive from the sale of coffee or other products at the coffee shop or through our online store go to serve those in our community and the communities where our coffee is grown. Our current line of coffees is grown in Indonesia. Many of our team members have been intimately involved in ongoing efforts to serve people in Bali, Indonesia.

Because Coffee With a Cause is a non-profit organization, we have to manage overhead very closely. One of the ways we do this is by employing a limited amount of personnel to ensure the maximum amount of proceeds go towards our cause. That's why we rely heavily on volunteers to assist us in our day-to-day operations - which, of course, keeps our full-time employees happy. We are always accepting more volunteers who would like to work behind the counter or in some other fashion.
